Responsibilities:
- Builds, nurtures and maintains relationships with all levels of the organization.
- Engage with stakeholder, including technology vendors, consultants and end user department to stay informed and build a project culture of collaboration.
- Drive cultural change necessary for technical project adoption, including training programs and communication strategies to foster collaboration.
- Plan and develop a detailed technical project scope, including objectives, deliverables and timeframes.
- Manage technical project risks and issues, implement mitigation measures when necessary.
- Develop and manage detailed technical project schedules and work plans.
- Measure technical project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Report and escalate issues to management as needed.
- Maintain comprehensive technical project documentation, included project plans, communication plans, budget and risk logs.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in the delivery of IT projects.
- Ensure linkage between strategy and operational activities.
What we need:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field required.
- 4 years related experience.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle, system integrations and business and architectural principals.
- Experience leading enterprise-wide implementations preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and techniques.
- Ability to drive change and foster a collaborative environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
What we offer:
- Pay: The annual salary for this position is $80,000.00 - $96,000.00. The specific rate will depend on the successful candidate’s qualifications and prior experience.
- Work Arrangements: This is a full-time, office focused position: 37.5 hours per week (7.5 hours per day), Monday- Friday, with flexible start time between 7 a.m.-9 a.m. Office focused positions work on-site due to the nature of the work and have limited remote days.
