What are the responsibilities and job description for the Professional Organizer position at HOME ORGANIZEHER, LLC?
We are looking for lead and assistant organizers who will be working on a per-job part time basis. Must be available weekdays and identify with the characteristics and requirements below.
1) OrganizedYou must have experience as a professional organizer or working for a professional organizer to be considered for this role.
2) CreativeCreativity is a must! This is a very detail oriented position, but creativity is what takes organization to the next level.
3) PersonableMust be outgoing and able to answer any questions the client might have. This is a big one for the lead-organizer, because you will be the main point of contact for our clients. And impeccable customer service is essential.
4) FlexibilityOur schedule is sometimes out of our control, for example if a client is sick or if a move gets delayed, so you must be able to adapt to our schedule. We typically work Monday - Friday from 9AM - 5PM, but there can be flexibility with your schedule. We need you to commit to at least 2 days in person per WEEK DAY.
