Digital Designer

We are excited to offer an opportunity for a talented and creative Digital Designer to join our team. This individual will play a key role in creating visually compelling designs that communicate our brand message and support our digital marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create visually appealing designs for various digital marketing initiatives and media. Experience in content creation generating social media graphics, email campaigns, and website content that follow branding guidelines and direction.
• Ability to create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Ensure all designs are consistent with our brand guidelines and maintain a high standard of quality and creativity.
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously, managing time and priorities to meet deadlines.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance our visual communications. 
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop and execute design concepts that align with the company's brand identity and marketing goals underneath the direction of the Creative Director.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in digital content design in order to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the team.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience as a Content Creator/Digital Designer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of social and digital content executions and digital marketing strategies. 
• Proficiency in digital and graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe XD, Figma, Klaviyo).
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• 3d rendering software experiences as well as good understanding of digital UI/UX design is a plus. 
• Knowledge of video editing software and motion graphics is a plus.
