Job Summary :

As a Master Plumber at Home Pride Construction, you will be integral to our mission of delivering exceptional home transformations. Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead the planning and installation of advanced plumbing systems for residential additions, remodels, and renovations, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
  • Collaborate with our in-house team of designers, architects, and project managers to tailor plumbing solutions that complement each project's vision and requirements.
  • Conduct thorough site evaluations and assessments to inform project planning and execution strategies.
  • Maintain adherence to all relevant codes, standards, and regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Offer unparalleled guidance and advice to both clients and team members, setting the standard for excellence in residential plumbing.
  • Drive the mentorship and development of apprentice plumbers, fostering a culture of learning and craftsmanship.

Requirements :

  • Proven track record as a Master Plumber, with extensive experience in plumbing for home additions, remodels, and renovations.
  • Demonstrated leadership in project management, with the ability to oversee complex installations and ensure project milestones are met.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction plans and plumbing schematics.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a creative approach to overcoming challenges.
  • Excellent communication abilities and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

    Compensation :

    70,000 - $120,000 yearly

    Responsibilities :

  • Keep record of completed projects and the parts used
  • Certify newly installed components properly function
  • Identify and fix plumbing problems, including component replacement and installation
  • Perform maintenance and installation of plumbing equipment in homes and businesses
  • Quote customers for the costs of plumbing repairs, replacements, and services

    • Qualifications :

  • Minimum of 1 years apprenticeship experience under a master plumber required
  • Great physical dexterity, must be able to safely lift 50 lbs, crawl, and work in tight spaces
  • Provide outstanding communication to a diverse group of customers and a good problem-solver
  • Must have valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • We require candidates have a high school diploma or GED
