WHO ARE WE :

We are a growing renovation company with supportive team members who go above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service during the renovation process. We are looking for an experienced salesperson with remodeling and home improvement experience who can turn our clients' home dreams into a reality!

Home Remodeling Pros is based out of Central PA. We offer completely customized Kitchens, Bathrooms, Basements, Decks and Home Additions. All are designed by our sales consultants. Our company purpose is to make the customer experience as amazing as the outcome.

POSITION OVERVIEW :

As an Experienced Bathroom and Kitchen Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and leading our interior department to achieve targets in a competitive market. You will play a key role in the development of project proposals, pricing, and bids, ensuring all elements align with company standards and client expectations. Experience with bathroom and kitchen remodeling is an absolute must for this position.

WHO WE WANT :

  • An individual who is self-motivated, goal-oriented, detail oriented and excellent at finding solutions to design, budget and meet timeline challenges.
  • Someone with proven experience in estimating project costs and preparing proposals.
  • A team member with the ability to coordinate with the construction team for project timelines and feasibility.
  • A candidate with strong listening skills to understand customers' needs, budgets, and design preferences.

WHAT YOU'LL DO :

  • Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and bids to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including project management and procurement, to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, including contractors, architects, engineers, and developers.
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive the acquisition of new clients.
  • QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Sales experience within the kitchen and bathroom industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong knowledge of construction products, services, and market trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints, architectural drawings, and construction plans.
  • Strong knowledge of construction materials, permits, zoning laws, and building codes.

    WORKING CONDITIONS :

  • Location : Enjoy the flexibility of hybrid remote work. Meeting clients in their homes and the showroom as well as occasional in-office meetings or collaboration sessions required.
  • Travel can be within a 1-2hour radius

  • Hours : Full-time, Flexible Schedule
  • Ability to work weekends as needed.

    COMPENSATION :

  • This six-figure opportunity is commission with training pay and a draw against commission, offering competitive commission rates on all sales. In addition to the commission structure, top-performing associates can earn performance-based bonuses. The earning potential is limitless, allowing you to directly influence your income based on your sales achievements.
