Home Run Inn Pizza is elevating the bar experience — and this is your chance to help build it. The bartender role has been redesigned to put hospitality at the center of our bar. You’ll be responsible for creating memorable guest experiences, connecting with regulars through conversation, and helping shape our beverage program from the inside out.

Your Responsibilities
- Deliver Genuine Hospitality: Build meaningful relationships with guests and regulars through conversation, warmth, and authenticity.
- Own the Bar Experience: Ensure the bar is clean, stocked, and ready to perform. Maintain an organized and welcoming space that reflects pride and professionalism.
- Be a Beverage Leader: Contribute to drink development, seasonal menu creation, and innovation through fresh juices, house syrups, and unique ingredients.
- Drive the Business: Help increase bar transactions and average check through compelling recommendations, personalized service, and an engaging bar presence.
- Learn & Grow: Continuously deepen your knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine through team training sessions, offsite experiences, and regular tasting opportunities.
- Collaborate & Communicate: Work closely with the bar team and floor staff to ensure smooth operations, consistent quality, and a unified guest experience.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Your impact in this role will be measured by:
- Guest Engagement: Regular guest recognition, frequency of return visits, and positive feedback
- Alcohol Spend Per Person: Help increase average bar spend through thoughtful recommendations
- Bar Transaction Count: Driving more traffic and usage of the bar throughout the day and week
- Consistency & Execution: Bar readiness, drink quality, and shift efficiency
- Team Engagement: Participation in trainings, creativity in drink development, and team collaboration
Compensation & Schedule
- $17/hour base wage tips and tip share
- Bartenders will receive smaller floor sections so they can focus on bar service and hospitality
- Must work at least 4 shifts/week, including some evenings and weekends, with the option for full time.
· Required monthly meetings with the bar team at various HRI locations.
· Required quarterly offsite trainings.
