In this role, you would meet with families and individuals who need to make their home safe and accessible for seniors or individuals who are physically impaired and/or are recovering from medical procedures. Your recommendations may include installing grab bars, stair railings, walker steps, wheelchair ramps and stair lifts. Following an extensive training period, a day in the life of a Field Technician consists of performing 1 to 4 site visits within a 40-mile radius of our office, consulting and installing solutions for our clients.
What You Get:

- Work schedule would be 7:15 a.m. – 3:45 p.m. Monday – Friday.
- Pay range is $25 - $40 an hour based upon your experience.
- Paid vacation, sick leave and holidays.

- Year-end profit sharing (up to 9% of your pay)

Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Home improvement / repair skills
- Experience working independently in a field capacity
- A big heart and kind, effective communications skills
- Working with technology (iPads/tablets)
- Capable of heavy lifting 50 – 75 lbs. required on occasion
- Superior communication skills
BONUS_ (not required, although highly valued)_
- Stair lift installation experience
- Finish carpentry experience
