Job Description:
As a Window Cleaning & Pressure Washing Technician, you will work as part of a crew to clean windows, siding, roofs, driveways, and more for both residential and commercial customers. No prior experience is required — we’ll provide full training. What we need from you is a strong work ethic, the ability to learn quickly, and laser-sharp attention to detail. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform window cleaning, pressure washing, and gutter cleaning services
- Follow safety procedures and company standards at all times
- Maintain equipment and vehicles in clean, working condition

- Complete jobs efficiently while maintaining high-quality results
- Learn and apply new skills quickly in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
- Must be dependable, punctual, and hard-working
- Willing to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Comfortable working on ladders and rooftops (training provided)
- Strong attention to detail — you notice the little things others miss
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work
- Valid driver’s license preferred (not required, but a plus)
- Must speak English
