YOUR LIFE AS A CUSTOMER SERVICE REP (CSR)
This CSR position typically works 8-hour shifts, Monday-Friday. Additionally, optional weekend shifts are available.
In this customer service role, you provide friendly assistance to our clients over the phone and through email in a positive and professional manner. Good communication is essential as you schedule services and confirm appointments with clients as well as dispatch technicians to jobs. You also keep clients updated on their services and review job site debriefs. To ensure a positive experience, you follow up with clients to complete "happy checks". You are detail-oriented as you prepare folders in service sleeves for technicians as well as monitor and report on the stock of invoices and forms. As needed, you assist the general and operations manager. With your enthusiastic, courteous, and pleasant attitude, you contribute greatly to the success of our home service company!
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

Bi-lingual (Spanish) is preferred but not required.
