About the job:
As an external Sales Representative specializing in oils and lubricants, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and acquiring new customers, as well as nurturing existing client relationships. You will play a pivotal role in promoting our extensive range of products, providing technical expertise, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Duties and Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.

Educate customers on the features and benefits of our oils and lubricants, demonstrating how they can enhance performance and efficiency for their specific applications.

Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Keep up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for growth and potential challenges.

Maintain accurate customer records and documentation to track interactions, orders, and feedback for future reference and analysis.

Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop and implement effective sales strategies, pricing models, and promotional campaigns to achieve sales targets.

Manage and update the sales database.

Cultivate strong relationships with customers through regular communication and on-site visits to understand their needs and preferences.

Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment and timely resolution of any issues.

Continuously seek ways to improve customer satisfaction and retention through proactive communication and personalized support.
Schedule and Travel Requirements

Required Skills
