About the job:
The Sales Support Representative plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting our sales efforts. As a key point of contact for our clients, you'll excel in addressing their needs with professionalism and efficiency. Your responsibilities will include providing top-notch customer service, processing orders, resolving inquiries, and maintaining accurate records. Additionally, you will foster relationships with customers through on-site visits to ensure client satisfaction.
Duties and Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Offer internal sales support by assisting the sales team with order processing, generating quotes, and maintaining sales records.

Maintain accurate customer records and documentation to track interactions, orders, and feedback for future reference and analysis.

Use CRM for task tracking and action item scheduling.

Communicate directly with customers who are not assigned to specific representatives.

Handle all service calls for customer sites.

Review and authorize invoices from sites for rebilling or funding by HSO.

Manage and update the sales database.

Coordinate the ordering of site surveys

Cultivate strong relationships with customers through regular communication and on-site visits to understand their needs and preferences.

Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment and timely resolution of any issues.

Stay informed about Brand image standards, products, services, and promotions to effectively educate customers, maintain image requirements, and promote sales.

Continuously seek ways to improve customer satisfaction and retention through proactive communication and personalized support.
