What are the responsibilities and job description for the Operations Manager position at Home shield Insulation?
Responsibilities
- You will be expected to perform to the best of your ability the following standards:
- Ensure the smooth and quality delivery of company services
-Maintain a minimum of $38k project installs per week.
- Scheduling management. All jobs are scheduled within 24 hours of notice of sale.
- Order and prep materials for upcoming jobs. Orders should be placed a week ahead of time.
-Coordinate the movement of company equipment throughout the week.
- Track the crew pay for each running week. Payroll is to be submitted weekly on Tuesdays for the past week's pay.
- Follow the company's 5-Star Review process for testimonials.
- Maintain company inventory.
- Maintenance of company assets and equipment
- Run blower door tests when needed to maintain air sealing quality.
```Experience```
- Proven working experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry is ideal.
- Bi-lingual is a major plus. There will be a bonus for this trait.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking abilities
- Able to perform basic computer activities. (CRM, email, etc.)
