Housekeeping Supervisor

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Housekeeping Lead for our small housekeeping team in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in housekeeping within the hospitality or commercial cleaning sectors. This role is crucial in ensuring that all areas are clean, safe, and welcoming for guests and staff alike.

Duties

• Oversee daily housekeeping cleans to ensure cleanliness standards are met across all areas.
• supervise, and evaluate small housekeeping team 1-3 people
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards.
• Review inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels while minimizing waste.
• complete check lists and photos maintenance needs

Qualifications

• Proven experience in housekeeping management or supervisory roles within the hospitality or industrial cleaning sectors.
• Strong knowledge of custodial practices, floor care techniques, and cleaning equipment usage.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team development and motivation.
• Attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with staff and guests.
