Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Launder linens and towels as needed, ensuring they are fresh and well-presented.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages to management.
- Follow established safety protocols while using cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Assist with housekeeping management tasks as needed, including training new staff members.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all cleaning practices.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills to ensure a positive experience for clients and guests.
- Proficient in residential cleaning techniques and best practices.
