Home Stager Assistant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and dependable Home Stager Assistant to support our team in preparing homes for sale. While this role primarily involves assisting the lead stager, the assistant will also be responsible for independently handling staging projects when the lead stager is unavailable. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about interior design, home decor, and creating inviting spaces that attract buyers.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in staging homes by arranging furniture, decor, and accessories
• Load, unload, and transport staging materials to and from properties
• Follow staging plans and design guidelines to enhance home appeal
• Take full responsibility for staging projects when the lead stager is unavailable
• Ensure properties are clean and photo-ready after staging
• Maintain and organize inventory of staging items
• Perform minor repairs, touch-ups, and adjustments as needed
• Communicate with realtors, homeowners, and moving teams as necessary
• De-stage homes and return items to storage after sales
• Other related tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

• Experience in home staging, decoration, or a related field (preferred but not required)
• Strong eye for design, color coordination, and spatial arrangement
• Reliable transportation for traveling to different properties
• Ability to take initiative and work independently when needed
• Flexible schedule
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
