Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Evaluate credit and financial histories to determine the best loan products for each customer's needs
- Process and submit loan applications and documentation in a timely manner
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients throughout the loan process
- Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless loan processing and meet scheduled closing dates
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or Accounting preferred
- At least 2 years of experience as a Mortgage Lender or Loan Processor
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal loan regulations, including TRID
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Navigator, Encompass, or other mortgage loan processing platforms
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
