We have immediate openings. Join us as a Part-time Site Manager leading a team in ensuring thoroughness and cleanliness in the new CentroVilla 25 located in Cleveland. The ideal candidate will perform highly diversified duties to manage and maintain the cleanliness of the facility including office spaces, lobby areas, break rooms, bathrooms, meetings spaces and other common areas both inside and outside of the building.
Hours:
Morning: 6AM- 1PM
Afternoon: 12PM-6PM
Nights: 5PM- 9:30PM

Responsibilities and Duties
- Ability to train, coach and motivate employees to ensure quality expectations are met
- Interviews and hires Cleaning employees
- Documents, maintains frequency and cleaning schedule for facility and
- Supervises and directs the activities of the Cleaning Team.
- Build schedule to ensure thorough cleaning of site across multiple dayparts
- Great communication skills are necessary; Customer Service or Sales experience
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Perform quality, service and safety inspections; monitor employees for proper use of
- Exhibit strong commitment to the service needs of the client and their property
- Follow and maintain safety programs and schedules within the company and educate
- Responsible for the supply and upkeep of all chemicals, tools and/or assigned
- Ensures teams are maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Professional business etiquette
- Follow all guidelines, policies and procedures
- Must be self-directed and able to complete projects with limited supervision
- Highly organized and flexible
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Excellent oral/written communication skills
- Detail oriented and works with a high degree of accuracy
- Issues Work Orders for repair of equipment, in a timely manner. REQUIREMENTS
Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age or older.
- Candidates must be able to successfully pass a background check, including criminal history.
- 2 years’ experience within an operational management position
- Working knowledge of electronic technology (email and computer programs/apps)
- Must be self-directed and able to complete projects with limited supervision
- Highly organized with ability to multi-task, be flexible and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills (oral/written)
- Detail oriented with a high degree of accuracy
- Ability to think on feet, quickly making reasonable, rational business decisions
- Previous on-site building cleaning management experience (preferred)
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to work independently
- Strong attendance and work ethic
- Excellent attention to detail and superior organizational skills
- Professional communication skills
