Cleaning Technician

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all areas are spotless and well-organized. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning duties in assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and efficiently.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
• Follow established cleaning protocols and procedures to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
• Assist with special cleaning projects as needed, including deep cleaning tasks.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishment when necessary.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and concerns professionally.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a cleaning or janitorial role is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Good physical stamina; ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds regularly.
• Flexibility in scheduling availability
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies is a plus.
• Must have own reliable transportation.

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
