Qualifications
- Experience in caregiving, dementia care, reading and completing care plan tasks.
- Familiarity with caring for someone in home or hospital setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for patient interaction
- Premium skills in patient observation, and patient care
- Experience in home & community care and assisted living
- Certification as a Home Health Aide
- Ability to perform Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
Responsibilities
- Provide in-home care services to clients based on their individual needs and care plans.
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, and medication reminders.
- Monitor and report any changes in clients' health or behavior to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients.
- Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and healthcare providers.
- Adhere to all relevant healthcare protocols and guidelines while providing care.
