Electronic Visit Verification Coordinator (EVV Coordinator)
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join our dynamic team.
HOME SWEET HOME PERSONAL CARE is seeking a full-time EVV Coordinator. The EVV Coordinator will be responsible for the daily maintenance of the EVV system that monitors the daily reporting of services performed, hours worked, and the Field Staff GPS location. The EVV Coordinator will provide both initial and and on-going support to the Field Staff utilizing the system.
RESPONSIBLITIES
· Provide both initial and ongoing training to Field Staff on utilization of the EVV system
· Monitor the EVV system for daily/weekly for inaccuracies
· Responsible for completing weekly EVV data report and findings to the Billing Department
· Meet weekly with Billing Department to cross check data accuracy
· Verify all aspects of visit verification weekly
· Responsible for verbal and written communication with Field Staff regarding failure to utilize system properly
· Demonstrate open and effective communication with Management and Field Staff
· Report any issues with Field Staff to HR and/or Billing Department
· Daily/Weekly Geo-Mapping
· Maintain records and ensure compliance with all State and Federal laws.
REQUIREMENTS
· Experience with the LaSRS system preferred
· Experience with AXISCARE preferred
· Work related experience in a healthcare setting
· Excellent organizational skills
· Attention to detail and accuracy in data collection and record keeping
· Ability to maintain confidentiality
· Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office
OFFICE HOURS are Monday through Friday 8:15 a.m. – 4:15 p.m.
PAY RANGE $16.00 (negotiable based on experience)
