What You’ll Be Doing:
Office Operations & Coverage
- Keep our office running like a well-oiled machine!
- Cover for team members when they’re out.
- Manage supplies, schedules, and daily huddles.
Team Leadership & Coaching
- Coach and mentor our amazing office team.
- Lead meetings and help staff grow into leadership roles.
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training.
Client, Vendor & Community Relations
- Be the go-to person for key contacts (bookkeepers, landlords, marketing teams).
- Represent us at events, home shows, and community activities.
Tech & Tools Mastery
- Become an expert in our software tools like Maid Central, QuickBooks, and Google Suite.
- Provide basic tech support and ensure data security.
Reporting & Process Improvements
- Track key metrics and suggest ways to boost efficiency.
HR & Record Keeping
- Maintain accurate records and support HR processes.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience:
- 2-3 years in office management or admin roles (bonus if in service-based businesses).
- Strong leadership and customer service experience.
Skills:
- Organization wizard with top-notch multitasking skills.
- Pro at scheduling software and office tools.
- Excellent communicator and problem-solver.
Personality:
- Detail-driven and proactive.
- Calm under pressure with a can-do attitude.
- Team player who loves a positive work environment.
Bonus Points:
- HR and hiring experience.
- Basic accounting skills.
- Experience supporting business growth.
Work Schedule & Commitment:
- Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5/5:30 PM, with occasional nights/weekends.
- Travel to the Manlius office 2-3 times per week.
