Job Summary

Responsible for managing inventory, replenishing truck stock, delivering materials, and ensuring inventory and job material efficiency. Duties include maintaining a clean, organized warehouse, overseeing inventory systems, coordinating equipment maintenance, and supporting fleet operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Essential Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Arrange efficient delivery of parts and materials to installers and technicians, minimizing trips to supply houses. Work closely with Dispatch and the Operations Manager to keep field teams focused on completing jobs.
  • Replenish truck stock using the Home Team Electric Replenishment System.
  • Manage consignment inventory with supply vendors to ensure availability of all standard installation and service parts.
  • Perform regular equipment maintenance.
  • Conduct serialized equipment inventory counts on the last day of each month and report results to the Administrative Manager.
  • Process warranty parts credits promptly and follow through to ensure timely receipt of credits.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
  • Perform periodic truck safety inspections and coordinate truck swaps for repairs as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent GED
  • Valid insurable driver’s license
  • Clean background check
  • Drug-Free
  • High Performance Attitude

Physical Demands and Work Environment

Physical Demands:

  • Climbing up and down on ladders and equipment
  • Heavy lifting required (50–75) pounds, ladder work and tight space work required from time to time
  • Ability to pick up a minimum of 25 pounds consistently and carry up to 250 feet unassisted
  • Operate handheld power tools
  • Wear personal protective equipment
  • Ability to work more than 40 hours per work week and up to 12 hours per day

Working Environment:

  • Work both indoors and outdoors
  • Would be exposed to very hot or very cold temperatures
  • Will be in proximity to hazardous conditions, equipment, and situations
  • Must be able to work with sharp objects that could potentially produce cuts
  • Wear safety attire often, such as goggles, gloves or other protective clothing
  • Could be exposed to sounds and noise levels that are uncomfortable and distracting
  • Ability to climb ladders
  • Will work around exposed contaminants

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
