We offer in-home care in nearly all locations of the valley and surrounding areas. This includes, but is not limited to: Phoenix, Surprise, Peoria, Glendale, Avondale, Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Gilbert, Mesa, Chandler, Cave Creek, Carefree, and Ahwatukee.
Description:
The Home Health Aide is responsible for providing high quality, safe and supportive care to patients in the comfort of their own homes. In addition, the Home Health Aide will assist the patients with ADLs (Activities of Daily Living), and other necessary task that are essential to their every day living.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Education, Certification, License:
- High School diploma or GED equivalency.
- Current TB Testing
- CPR/First Aid (will provide resources if needed).
- DCW Training (will provide resources if needed).
- Fingerprint Clearance (will provide resources to obtain).
- Minimum of 0-1 year experience in healthcare, hospitality, or in-home care environment.
- Hoyer Lift Experience (client specific requirement).
- Ability to lift up to 25lbs
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation required.
- Must be 18 years or older
