We offer in-home care in nearly all locations of the valley and surrounding areas. This includes, but is not limited to: Phoenix, Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Gilbert, Mesa, Chandler, Cave Creek, Carefree, and Ahwatukee.
Description:
The Caregiver/HHA is responsible for providing high quality, safe and supportive care to patients in the comfort of their own homes. In addition, the Caregiver/HHA will assist the patients with ADLs (Activities of Daily Living), and other necessary task that are essential to their every day living.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Education, Certification, License:
- High School diploma or GED equivalency.
- Minimum of 0-2 years experience in healthcare, assisted living or in-home care environment.
- Current TB Testing
- CPR/First Aid (will provide resources if needed).
- DCW Training (will provide resources if needed).
- Fingerprint Clearance (will provide resources to obtain).
- Hoyer Lift Experience (client specific requirement).
- Ability to lift up to 25lbs
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation required.
- Must be 18 years or older
