Seeking a dedicated and reliable live-in property manager/housekeeper who will also assist with childcare and pet care. The ideal candidate will be flexible, as the role requires a combination of household management, occasional childcare, and pet sitting while the family travels. The family travels for 3 months out of the year, the property manager/housekeeper would be overseeing the property and taking care of the dogs during this time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Housekeeping: Perform daily cleaning, organizing, laundry, and light household maintenance to ensure the home stays in order.
- Childcare Assistance: Assist with the care of two children—a 6-year-old son and a 10-month-old baby—when needed.
- Pet Care: Provide care for the family’s dog. Dog sitting during family trips is a key part of this role.
- House Management During Travel: While the family is away (typically during the summer in the UK for 6 weeks and South Africa for 6 weeks), oversee the home, receive packages, and ensure everything is functioning properly.
Qualifications:
- Experience in housekeeping, and childcare.
- Ability to manage household duties independently.
- Reliable and organized, with attention to detail.
- Ability to commit to a live-in position, with flexibility for travel schedules.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Pay: $40 per hour

- Hours: Monday - Friday 8am-5pm
