Part-Time Nanny in Birmingham, MI 

A loving family is seeking a long-term nanny to care for two girls, ages 6 and 8. The girls are bright, active, and enjoy extracurricular activities such as tennis and horseback riding. The family has a friendly King Charles Cavalier dog and values a clean and organized home environment.

Pay: $20–$30 per hour
Start Date: ASAP (Finding the right fit is the priority)

Schedule:

• Wednesdays: Pick-up from school at 2:00 PM, care through dinner.
• Thursdays: Morning drop-off to school, free during school hours, pick-up at 3:30 PM, and transportation to activities (tennis, horseback riding).
• Fridays: Morning drop-off to school; done for the day unless it's a shared weekend.
• Every Other Weekend:
  • Fridays: Pick-up from school in the afternoon.
  • Saturdays: Care from 7:00 AM–10:00 AM while parents go to the gym (breakfast preparation included).
  • Mondays (following weekend care): Morning drop-off to school.

The family is flexible and willing to add hours for additional household help if desired.

Responsibilities:

• School pick-up and drop-off.
• Transporting the girls to activities.
• Preparing breakfast and occasional meals/snacks.
• Tidying up after the girls and doing their laundry.
• Picking up Target and grocery orders as needed.

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
• Reliable transportation (family vehicle available; mileage reimbursed if using personal car).
• Comfortable with children who have dietary restrictions (one child has celiac disease).
• Willing to commit long-term.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
• Non-smoker.
• Provide 3-5 professional references.
• Must have U.S. work authorization.
