Seeking a dedicated and reliable nanny/family assistant to support a busy household with two children, ages 12 and 7. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and dependable, with a strong work ethic. This role involves a combination of childcare and household management duties, requiring someone who can multitask and stay engaged. A positive attitude, flexibility, and a genuine interest in connecting with the children are essential for success in this role.

• Pay Rate: $25-$28 per hour, paid in cash.
• Hours: Monday-Friday, 25-30 hours per week, 2PM-6:30 PM
• Additional Hours: Opportunity for extra hours in the evenings.
• Summer & School Breaks: Flexible schedule, no travel required.
• Benefits: 2 weeks of vacation (August) and standard holidays aligned with the family.
• Pet: One cat in the home.
• Parking: Available.
• Start Date: ASAP, but the family is willing to wait for the right person.
• Long-term position.

• Cooking for the family – following recipes and preparing meals (ingredients provided).
• Household management – running errands, grocery shopping, kids' laundry, and light tidying.
• Child engagement – building a strong relationship with the children, being playful, and motivating them.
• Afternoon support – assisting after school with activities and routines.
• Flexibility during storms – arriving earlier if needed.

• Outgoing, warm, and engaging – someone who connects well with children.
• Loves to cook and is comfortable preparing family meals.
• Organized, proactive, and enjoys assisting with household management.
• Not easily distracted by their phone and maintains a professional attitude.
• Background in education or experience with school-aged children is a plus.
• Provide 3-5 professional references.
