Part-Time Nanny Needed for 5-Month-Old
Seeking a nurturing, dependable, and pet-friendly nanny for a family with one 5-month-old daughter. Ideal candidate has prior experience working with infants. This position offers flexibility and the opportunity to work in a warm, professional household with two veterinarian parents who occasionally work from home.
Position Details:
- Pay: Up to $30-35 per hour
- Schedule: 3-4 days per week, 20 hours per week (flexible days and hours)
- Start Date: January 2024
- Benefits: 2 weeks paid vacation (40 hours total), 2-4 sick/personal days, major holidays off and paid
- Commitment: long term, 1–2 years preferred
Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive care for the baby, including feeding, diaper changes, and playtime.
- Entertain and engage with her while parents work from home or handle errands.
- No cooking or household chores required.
- Must be comfortable around pets (the family has five dogs, one cat, and a sheep). Interaction with animals is not required.
Requirements:
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Previous experience with infants preferred.
- Must be comfortable working in a home with animals.
- CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.
- Provide 3-5 professional references.
- US work authorization.
