Schedule & Responsibilities:
- Pay: $30 -$35 per hour
- Start Date: September, 1st 2025 ( Flexible For Right Person)
- Days: 3 days per week (flexible, except Thursdays)
- Hours: 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (flexible)
- Occasional weeknight date nights preferred
- Guaranteed 20 Hours
- Benefits: 1 Week Vacation/ PTO as needed
Responsibilities:
- Full care for the newborn, including:
- Feeding, diapering, and maintaining sleep routines
- Engaging in age-appropriate developmental activities
- Ensuring a safe and nurturing environment
- Light housekeeping related to the baby (bottle washing, tidying play areas, baby laundry) If needed but focus is on Baby
- Extensive infant care experience required
- CPR certification and infant safety training required
- Fully vaccinated (COVID, Tdap, flu)
- Must be attentive and proactive, ensuring the baby’s needs are met
- Reliable transportation to and from the home
- Must be able to drive in case of an emergency
- Provide 3-5 professional references
- Must have US work authorization
- Travel: Family has a Cape Cod home and prefers a nanny willing to travel with them during summer months
- Private guest house provided for the nanny during travel
- If the nanny chooses not to travel, they will still be paid for their scheduled hours
Household Environment:
- No pets
- Pool on property
- Parents work from home (Mom is in and out, Dad has a hybrid work schedule)
- Housekeeper will be present at times
