Position Summary :
The Inventory Lead oversees all aspects of inventory control for the Distribution Center. They are responsible for monitoring inventory levels, conducting regular audits, implementing efficient inventory systems, and collaborating with our store to ensure accurate and timely inventory data. Trains, and evaluates warehouse employees. Operates heavy machinery and equipment to keep warehouse maintained and organized. Ensures appropriate safety procedures and policies are in place and adhered to. The top accountabilities aligned with this role are : Inventory counts, inventory replenishment, and merchandise markdowns and markups. The Inventory Lead reports to the Distribution Center Assistant Director. This position is non-exempt.
