Knowledge of health regulations related to food service and ability to maintain sanitation
standards.
Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 6 hours at a time.
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs regularly and continuously.
Must be able to bend, stoop, squat, and stretch to fulfill cleaning and inspection tasks.
Must maintain a neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance according to company
standards.
