Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Housekeeping Manager to join our team. As the Assistant Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleanliness and maintenance of our facility. Duties:
- Manage and supervise the housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to maintain a clean and orderly environment
- Train new housekeeping staff on proper cleaning techniques and safety protocols
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness standards are met
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely completion of cleaning tasks
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Address customer complaints or concerns regarding cleanliness issues
- Collaborate with maintenance staff to address any repairs or maintenance needs
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Skills:
- Proven experience in housekeeping management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of commercial cleaning practices and techniques
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to effectively supervise and motivate a team
