We are seeking a dedicated Night Auditor to join our team at the Home2 Suites. The Night Auditor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the night shift and ensures friendly interactions with every guest encountered
Responsibilities
- Perform night audit functions accurately and on time
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
- Manage reservations and cancellations
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Monitor security cameras and report any suspicious activities
- Prepare daily reports for management
Skills
- Proficiency in multilingual communication is a plus
- Experience in guest services and customer interactions
- Knowledge of phone systems and front desk operations
