Summary: Responsible for maintaining property grounds and public areas in a manner which ensures guests a clean, attractive, secure place to stay. May also work as Van Driver.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Completes on a daily basis duties listed on ground maintenance schedule such as vacuuming, removing trash, maintaining public areas.
- Assists in fixing plumbing problems, moving cribs or roll-aways, assisting with maintenance projects, changing air conditioning filters, training other employees, etc.
- Responds to emergency requests from management, employees or guests to solve minor maintenance and safety problems.
- Provides security by following specified key control procedures, insuring that work areas are maintained in a clean, well-organized manner, reporting suspicious activity by guests or others, and complying with safety and security regulations.
- Maintains a well-groomed, professional appearance. Extends hospitality and courtesy to guests and co-workers.
- Ensures compliance with Brand Standards.
- Performs other duties as authorized by proper authority.
