Duties:

- Check guests in and out efficiently, handling reservations and payment transactions
- Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly
- Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Conduct night audit duties as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
- Proficiency in phone etiquette and customer service
- Familiarity with hotel operations and guest relations a plus
- Energetic, Self-Motivated, and Extremely Reliable
- Friendly relationship with computers and office equipment
- Strong communication skills and a friendly attitude
