Responsibilities

- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations.
- Process payments and manage billing inquiries.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization at the front desk area.
- Utilize phone etiquette to manage incoming calls professionally.
- Assist in maintaining a positive guest relations environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience in front desk operations or guest services preferred.
