The New Home2 Suites by Hilton Memphis Downtown are seeking a driven and motivated Director of Sales to join our team and help drive sales growth. The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales leads, building relationships with potential clients, and closing deals to achieve sales targets. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, the ability to analyze market trends, and a strategic approach to managing outside sales efforts. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities :

  • Identify and pursue sales leads through a variety of channels, including phone, email, and outside sales calls.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients to drive sales growth.
  • Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity and client relationships.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
  • Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing customer relationships, and reporting performance metrics.
  • Foster strong relationships with key clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials that enhance brand visibility.
  • Conduct regular training sessions for the sales team to improve product knowledge and selling techniques.
  • Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements :

  • Proven experience in a leadership role within a sales environment, preferably in technology or technical sales.
  • Strong understanding of business development principles and practices.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data effectively.
  • Proficient in using PEP, Salesforce, and Delphi software for managing sales processes.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service excellence.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire a team towards achieving common goals.
  • Experience in outside sales is preferred but not mandatory.

    Pay : $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
