We are looking for a Front Desk Agent to join our team and provide excellent customer service to our guests. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting guests, checking them in and out, answering any questions they may have, and handling any customer complaints. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Provide guests with information about the hotel and its services.
- Maintain a neat and organized front desk area.
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs in a timely manner.
- Handle cash, credit card, and other payment transactions accurately.
- Keep track of room availability and reservations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
