Prepare and display the hotels daily breakfast in accordance with the brand and health department guidelines
- Greet and engage with our guests; answer questions, address concerns and solicit feedback -find and offer appropriate solutions
- Regularly replenish food and beverage offerings, cleaning the service area as needed to maintain a fresh and clean presentation of the serving line.
- Bus, clean, and sanitize tables and seating areas throughout shift to provide a clean and ready area for our guests
- Manage inventories to maintain par levels based on hotel occupancy; place food, beverage and supply orders as required
Maintain organized and clean prep and storage rooms; report any maintenance concerns to management promptly.
The Requirements
Must have a professional, warm, and approachable disposition
- Demonstrated ability to remain level-headed in hectic and tense situations
Hold and maintain any required food handling permit or license
