KEY NOTES:
- MUST be 18 year old or older
- MUST have flexible availability considering our shifts are set: 6a-2p & 2p-10p, but on our busy days we do run a mid shift that is 11-7p or 12p-8p
- MUST be able to work Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays as they are rotated amongst agents to fair.
- MUST be flexible to work holidays to help cover day off requests/vacations.

Front Desk Agent Responsibilities:
- Act as manager on duty by making executive decisions to ensure that everything runs smoothly throughout the night.
- Respond to guest complaints, requests and emergencies. Try your best to make things right with guest, and always communicate all issues to management for further follow up if needed.
- Welcome and check guests in, issue room keys, provide information on hotel services and room location.
- Ensure required identification is taken from guests at check-in is in line with local legislative requirements.
- Answer phones in a prompt and courteous manner.
- Record guest preferences in the system.
- Accurately process all debit and credit card transactions using established procedures.
- Communicate any outstanding guest requests or issues to management that may require additional monitoring or follow-up.
- Follow established hotel safety protocols and procedures at all times. Immediately report any health and safety incident, security breaches, concerns or suspicious behavior to management or authorities.
- Help monitor cleanliness of lobby, gym, laundry room, bathrooms and pool/patio area
- Complete any other small assignments given by Operations Managers or GM

Skills:
- Proven experience as a Front desk, Night Auditor or in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Experience with accounting and facilities management software
- Savy Computer Skills
- Excellent math skills
- An eye for detail
- Good problem-solving skills
- Strong customer service skills
- The ability to multitask
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
