We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper/Laundry professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in cleaning and laundry services, particularly within a hotel or similar environment, and will be committed to delivering exceptional service to our guests.
Duties
- Perform general cleaning tasks in guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to ensure a clean and welcoming environment.
- Launder linens, towels, and other items using appropriate washing techniques and equipment.
- Handle dry cleaning services as needed, ensuring garments are cleaned properly and returned promptly.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages to management.
- Follow safety protocols while using cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Ensure all laundry is sorted, washed, dried, folded, and stored correctly.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness in laundry areas and storage spaces.
Experience
- Previous experience in housekeeping or laundry services is preferred, particularly in a hotel or hospitality setting.
- Familiarity with dry cleaning processes is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
