Job Overview: As the Guest Services & Sales Director, you would assist the General Manager with the Front Office and Sales operations in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. You will oversee the Front Desk operations to guarantee a memorable guest’s experience. In association with the General Manager, you will effectively solicit and secure new business accounts. Your work will allow the hotel to achieve the revenue and market share goals.

We seek a dynamic and motivated Front Office/Sales Manager to join our team and help us set the standard for excellence in the industry.
Position Overview: As the Front Office/Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of the front office while also driving sales initiatives to maximize revenue. You will oversee front desk operations, ensure guest satisfaction, and implement effective sales strategies to promote our hotel and its services.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Office Management:
- Supervise and direct front desk operations, ensuring efficient and courteous guest service.
- Manage, train, and support front office staff to deliver high-quality service and maintain operational standards.
- Handle guest reservations, check-ins, and check-outs, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Resolve guest issues in a timely and professional manner to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Oversee the daily operations of the front office, including managing room inventory and ensuring effective communication with housekeeping and other departments.
- Implement and monitor front office procedures and protocols to maintain consistency and quality.
Sales and Marketing:
- Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to new hotel ramp-up, focusing on establishing a strong market presence and driving initial bookings.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients, including corporate accounts, and event organizers.
- Conduct sales calls including cold calling and site visits
- Negotiate contracts to secure new business opportunities
- Effectively move share from competitors.
- Ensure all leads are responded to promptly, within a defined timeframe.
- Oversee the management of group blocks, including coordination with group organizer, execution of contracts and management of group block in Property Management System
- Establish and maintain close relationships with major accounts, tourism and business associations, and community leaders to develop positive rapport and ensure repeat business.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a hotel front office management and/ or sales role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with hotel management software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- A degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field is preferred.
