Maintenance Technician

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in maintenance and repair, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently. This position requires a proactive approach to maintaining equipment and facilities, ensuring that all systems operate smoothly and safely.

Duties

• Perform routine maintenance tasks on various equipment and systems, including electrical systems, logic controllers, and CMMS.
• Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Fabricate parts or components as needed for repairs or upgrades.
• Utilize tools such as an Ohmmeter for electrical diagnostics and troubleshooting.
• Lead small teams during maintenance projects, ensuring tasks are completed effectively and safely.
• Execute residential painting tasks as part of facility upkeep.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and inventory of supplies.

Experience

• Proven experience in a maintenance role with a focus on electrical systems and troubleshooting.
• Strong leadership skills to guide team members during maintenance operations.
• Proficiency in English for effective communication within the team and documentation purposes.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
