A day in the life:
· Take care of all uniforms, equipment and supplies issued by the Maintenance Manager.
· Perform tasks assigned by your supervisor including but not limited to repair order requests, preventative maintenance duties, pest control, key maintenance and swimming pool and spa maintenance.
· Respond to emergency requests from management, employees or guests to solve maintenance, supply shortage or safety problems whenever necessary.
· Sign and return completed work orders to the Maintenance Manager.
· Perform any other duties and responsibilities as may be required.
· Report all guest complaints to the Maintenance Manager.
· Insure that all hotel tools and equipment are taken care of and returned to their proper place each day.
· Must maintaining a safe and accident free working environment.
· Attend all Maintenance Department meetings.
· Help keep all work areas clean.
· Adhere to all rules, regulations and policies of the hotel.
· Notify the Maintenance Manager of any needed supplies.
· Perform any other duties or responsibilities as may be required.
Skills you’ll need:
· High School Diploma or GED preferred.
· Prior general maintenance experience preferred.
· Ability to stand/walk for entire shift.
· Lift up to 25lbs regularly, lift up to 40lbs frequently.
· Ability to follow written or verbal instructions
· Ability to follow safety procedures.
· Chemical Pool Operator (Preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.50 - $15.00 per hour

• 8 hour shift
