Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk. The ideal candidate will have experience in office management and clerical duties, with a strong ability to manage calendars, handle data entry, and maintain a welcoming environment for clients and visitors.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional manner.
- Manage incoming phone calls with excellent phone etiquette, directing calls as necessary.
- Perform clerical duties including data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies.
- Oversee calendar management for appointments and meetings.
- Maintain an organized front desk area to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support the office operations.
- Coordinate with other staff members to ensure efficient workflow.
Experience
- Previous experience as a dental receptionist or in a similar front desk role is preferred.
- Proficiency in computerized systems for scheduling and data management.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in clerical tasks.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with office management practices is an advantage.
