What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Agent position at HOME2 SUITES BY HILTON?
Must provide a resume on the really application and also come in to fill out an on-site application as well. You may receive an on-the-spot interview when filling out the on-site application but please come in Monday and Tuesday between 7am to 3pm, and Wed, Thurs, & Fridays from 11am to 7pm. You may also come at any time to pick up the on-site application and still come back during the hours listed above. *About us* HOME2 SUITES BY HILTON is a business in Hagerstown, MD. Our work environment includes: Modern office setting * Growth opportunities. The position available is a full-time Front Desk Agent. There is one position avavailable (3pm to 11pm evenings and weekends). Must be a dependable and reliable individual with an ability to be a problem solver. Duties consist of welcoming and checking in guests with exceptional interpersonal skills, taking POS payments, and providing all information needed to complete a check-in. Experience required in providing exceptional customer service and dealing with POS transactions, as well as good math skills. We provide an excellent customer experience with a smile in our voice. Must be able to stand for 8 hours. Basic typing skills and computer skills are needed. Must be able to lift up to 30lbs. Possible raise after 90 days of great attendance, fitting in well with the rest of the team, and proven track record of adapting to the system as well as showing you can be trusted to run the hotel during times when you could be alone on the shift. A solid character and integrity are a must.
