Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly attitude, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and reservations.
- Perform night audit duties, reconciling daily transactions and preparing reports for management.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, providing solutions as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions using hotel management software.
- Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences throughout their stay.
- Uphold hotel policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality of guest information.
Experience
- Previous experience in hotel or resort settings preferred, particularly in guest services or front desk roles.
- Familiarity with hospitality management practices and night audit processes is highly desirable.
- Strong phone etiquette skills to handle incoming calls efficiently and courteously.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus to better serve our diverse clientele.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
