The person for this role must be able to perform the following tasks at our extended stay hotel:
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with established standards.
- Provide training to new hires
- Take online trainings to stay up to date on brand standards and conduct regular training sessions for housekeeping staff, focusing on cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and guest interaction.
- Address guest concerns related to housekeeping promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with front desk, maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Deep clean rooms on rotation and keep record for quality checks
- Manage housekeeping supplies and inventory, ensuring that necessary cleaning materials are always available.
- Help in Laundry department as needed
- Clean public areas as needed (lobby, bathrooms, pool area, gym, stairwells, etc.)
- Stock premium suite rooms with supplies on a daily basis
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
