Responsibilities
- Perform front desk duties including check-ins and check-outs of guests.
- Manage phone systems and respond to guest inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions and ensure accuracy in reporting.
- Prepare daily financial reports for management review.
- Provide exceptional guest services by addressing any concerns or requests during the night shift.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth operations.
- Assist with reservations and provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in front desk operations or hotel management is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests.
- Familiarity with hospitality management software is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
