Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities :
- Guest Services : Welcome guests during the overnight shift (typically 11 PM - 7 AM) assist with check-ins reservations and inquiries.
- Night Audit : Prepare and finalize Night Audit work ensuring accurate daily transaction balancing.
- Security : Conduct security walks to ensure guest and property safety.
- Reporting : Prepare daily reports and the Daily Flash Report for management insights.
- Collaboration : Work with other departments for smooth operations and exceptional service.
